The Phone Features

  • Find Me Follow Me Call Forwarding - Input up to 15 telephone numbers that will be called either simultaneously or in an order when your extension is dialed

  • Multiple Call Waiting – Handle unlimited simultaneous incoming calls on one phone

  • Call Recording – System can record and store individual, inbound or outbound calls

  • Grab and Hold – This will automatically answer a call and immediately place it on hold. The caller then hears a recorded message of your choice to the extent of: “I see your call coming in and need to speak with you. I will be on with you shortly.”

  • Supervise Monitor – Listen in to an active call

  • Supervise Coach – Connect to an active call so that the user, but not the calling party can hear you

  • Supervise Join – Completely join an active call

  • Call Monitor – Shows the status of any calls incoming, active, or on hold

  • Extension View – Shows the status of other users in your office (on the phone, away, do not disturb, etc.)

  • Transfer to Voicemail – Transfer a call directly to a voicemail box without ringing any extensions

  • 10 full Auto Attendants – Virtual receptionist that answers calls and routes them accordingly in your office

  • Unlimited Voicemail Extensions – There is no limit on voice mail boxes

  • Set Message for Hold – When a caller is put on hold a recorded message of your choice plays in intervals

  • Unlimited Ring Groups – Groups within your company that receive similar calls. For example sales, accounting, or customer service

  • Distinctive Rings – Different ring tone for internal/external calls

  • Camp on – If a user is on the phone incoming calls will camp on the extension for the ring duration before doing the next action such as going to voicemail

  • Account Code – Ability to track a user’s call usage by assigning a code that is dialed which associates the call with the specified user

  • Dial by Name – Allows user to call extensions by entering the corresponding name on their phone keypad

  • Multiple Calls – Ability for a user to place a call on hold and either make or receive multiple new calls without disconnecting the first call.

  • Call Announcing – Before answering a call the user hears the caller announce their name into the system.

  • Remote Answering – Ability to answer a ringing phone from a different terminal

  • Call Transfer (Blind or Supervised) – Transfers calls. In the case of supervised the transferer speaks to the transferee before completing the transfer.

  • External Transfer – Transfers a call to any phone number in the world not in your office. Blind or Supervised can both be done.

  • System Call Park – Sends a call to a holding pattern where it can be retrieved from any phone

  • Business Hours – Defines schedules hours of business operation for planning events like call routing or messaging



The Voicemail Features

  • Forward message – Users can send voice messages and forward saved messages for others to hear

  • Forward with comments – Forward voice messages with a note or comment recorded by the user preceding the message

  • Remote Access – Ability to use any phone in the world to connect to voice system, check voicemail, forward one’s phone, and/or place calls through the system

  • Rewind / Fast Forward – The ability to rewind/fast forward through messages without having to hear the entire message

  • Pause – Ability to pause a message while listening to it

  • Call from Voicemail – Allows users to return a call from the voicemail system without hanging up

  • Reply with message – Record and send a voice message reply directly from the voicemail system

  • Return to Voicemail – Allows users to return right back to their voicemail system after completing the returned call

  • Message Notification – Email messages are sent instantaneously when voicemail comes in

  • Message Notification – System will automatically call a desired telephone number instantaneously when new voicemail comes in

  • Private Messaging – Allows the user to create custom greetings and messages played only for specific callers

  • Email Messages – The ability to send voicemail messages via email

  • User-to-User messaging – The ability to send voicemail messages to other users without ringing their phone
