points of failure in any layer of our redundant network, the odds of an actual loss of
telephone service are slim to none. Our network resides in highly secure TIER-IV facilities
rated to withstand even the most catastrophic disaster, which means we cannot go down due to
loss of power or power surge. Our network is also simultaneously connected to 8+ Tier1
bandwidth providers, which means we cannot go down due to a loss of connection or line loss.
Who operates the network?
We do. Our VoIP network functions on open source software that is fully customized and
programmed in-house, and is powered by feature applications that are created in-house as
well. We control all aspects of our VoIP network, A to Z. This means our ability to
rapidly service and support our products and services is unbeatable. We manage our own
equipment, capacity, power redundancy, technology upgrades, and security.
