Business VoIP is nothing but shades of grey. There is no black and white. There are many hosted PBX, IP PBX, and internet phone systems that are all different. There is no brand leader that is automatically trusted. The closest thing is Vonage, and they shouldn't even be on your radar if you run any type of a serious business operation. Business VoIP and IP phone systems are going to take over completely in the next 5 - 10 years.
