Dinosaur phone systems

Too often I see a business using a PBX or Key telephone system that is absolutely ancient. A real relic. I've seen small business, large business, and enterprises of different shapes and sizes suffering from behing way behind the curve on their phone systems. The reason behind this is always on my mind as I meet new businesses and help them achieve the best of the best phone system solutions.

A business truly does not want much out of their pbx phone system. They want something that will work for them day in & day out with ultra reliability. They do not want to deal with it. Businesses dislike the fact they have no control over their phone systems and must constantly deal with service calls for minor changes. This eats away at their bank accounts over time, and creates a mentality that the business just doesn't want to mess with the phone system anymore. Just leave it alone! Don't upgrade it, don't touch it! If it ain't broke, don't fix it. These are the mentalities businesses fall into when it comes to their telecommunications and more specifically PBX phone systems.

The businesses are right, the inefficiences inherent in traditional PBX systems is staggering. Well, traditional pbx phone systems are going to be phased out over the next 5 - 10 years, and we are here to help businesses make that change. When it comes to phone systems, now is the time to move ahead of the curve.
